    IT is very nice facilities to get the form .
    My suggestion is that can be fill few form online like ATM request , Cheque Book ordering , Internet banking request etc .

      If you have internet banking facility you can send these requests online such as Cheque book order, SMS alerts, stop cheque payment, opening new FD etc. Otherwise no such facility is available at present. regards,

    Hi,we have applied for SME Loan and we need the s format of SBI in editable formats so that the branch officials can fill it to proceed further. Bank has one in PDF but it is not editable.

      Dear Mr Sona,
      The S format is being used for the internal purposes of SBI and hence not supposed to be put up in public domain. I have checked up with SBI officials and have been advised that this format in word format is available with many Relationship Managers. It is the duty of SBI officials to get the same in word format and fill it up. You need not to worry about that. Regards,

    Pls Remove your site name from the forms it makes the forms useless…we cant provide the forms to bank with your site id…

      Dear rajesh,
      We may not be able to remove our site name from those sample forms which are designed by us. However, you can remove those lines/names which are not required by you, during photocoping and use it thereafter. regards,

    Dear Admin,
    First of all, Thanks for uploading such useful forms.
    I have a question and hope you will clear my doubts…
    We live in Dehradun and my father was having an a/c (single) in another city (N.Nagar). He passed away in Feb 2012. My father had not nominated any person.
    We are 3 Siblings and we want that the balance amount lying in my Father’s a/c should be paid to our mother. We do not have any objection with that.
    So if we Fill & Sign the “Letter of Disclaimer” in Dehradun court, and give it to our mother, will it be legal & accepted by the branch?
    or we (all legal heirs) will have to visit the branch/court in N.Nagar.?
    (Some advices are expected from you)

      Dear Mr. Kanishk,
      I m sorry to hear abt this incident and pray to the almighty to give you the strength to bear this loss.
      As regarding executing “letter of Disclaimer” at Dehradun court, it will be legal document and acceptable to the bank. However, as a abundant precaution you should do the following:
      i) Get it executed/attested by the 1st Class Magistrate instead of “Notary”.
      ii) Send the same through your mother under cover of a fowarding letter requesting the branch head to pay the amount lying in your father’s account to your mother on the strength of this “Letter of Disclaimer” duly signed by you enclosing therein self attested copies of your identity proofs.
      The payment will be made to your mother on completion of all the formalities.

    Our father passed away and had account ay SBI, and did not leave a will or nomination. SBI has requested a succession ceritifcate, we are two brother and have no dispute, but live abroad. Please advise where and how the succession cerificate is obtained in India. Thank you.

    It is very useful site for those who are daily touched with banking system, as i am. But i’m requesting you to please include also NBFC’s like L&T infra finance in your interest rate page. So that it will easily to see base rate /PLR in a one single page. Also it will useful for others also.

    i have question, my mom have Saving A/C in baroda branch, now She is in United states,
    So if we need to order Check book, can bank send check book to her USA home address or not?
    she will fill out check order form with all necessary information and send it to her own branch, is that work?

      Dear Richa,
      SBI has not standarised many forms. Such forms have been designed after diuscussing with SBI officials and these are being accepted in majority of the branches. If some branches are raising the objection as regards site name appearing in the end, you can get these photocopy by removing such line.

    Life has become a lot easier with most forms uploaded in this site. Request SBI to add PPF nomination form as well.

    i m having two saving bank account with sbi in different branches. shall i transfer my any one saving bank account with my fathers name.

      Dear Mr. Rahul,
      The SB account cannot be transferred in your father’s name. However, your father’s name can be added to any of your SB account. In that case your father will be the second account holder.

      Your need to give a request letter and fresh account opening form duly filled in by you and your father alongwith all the required documents such as photographs, Identity and residence proof. The account can be operated as “either or survivor” or “jointly or survivor” basis as per your mandate. regards,

    I think the form numbers are 15CA and 15CB.
    There is also a form for transfer of funds from the NRO to NRE account.

    Hi,
    I have an education loan in Kandi Branch(near Hyderabad). I have moved to Bangalore working for a software company, after passing out of college. For filing IT returns, I needed a provisional certificate from the branch manager. As I could not go to the branch to collect the same, I asked the manager to post, which she did. But unfortunately, I could not get the certificate on time. Is there an alternative to make things easy to get the same, atleast for the following years? I would be more than obliged, if you could tell me how to transfer the loan to the branch of my convenience.
